Coffee should be fun! We've brewed up something new from the team that brought you Martin City Brewing Company! What started as a single coffee shop in Lee’s Summit has grown into what is today All the Love Roasting Co. We’re here to bring you great, locally roasted coffee and spread All the Love.
THE FULL STORY
The story begins in 2017 when Martin City Brewing Company opened its sister coffee shop, Love, Coffee. The team was on a mission to support local businesses and simply make every morning better for those who visited.
Fast forward to a few years later. As the team discussed the idea of expanding our coffee shops, we realized that the passion, talent and excitement about roasting coffee was something we couldn’t ignore.
Amongst those of us in the room, we had:
MCBC’s head of Brewing Operations who loved the process of roasting coffee so much that he was already doing it at home in his spare time
our Market Manager who has an unbelievable palate for not only beer but all culinary outlets
our Creative Director who has years of experience and knowledge from working in KC specialty coffee
MCBC’s owner who has built a KC staple brewery, multiple restaurants, a coffee shop and more— all from the ground up
We had the vision, we had the team, and we all had one thing in common— we all loved coffee.
Over the past year, we’ve learned as much as we could. We’ve tasted hundreds of cups of coffee. We’ve roasted samples and test batches time and time again on our Mill City roaster. And we’ve fallen in love with it all. Our journey is still young and we have a ton left to learn, but we are so excited to launch this brand and invite you to join us for the ride.
THE FUN? THE LOVE? That’s what we’re all about.
How did All the Love get its name? Let’s face it— the world has been through some tough times. Some days it’s a struggle to find the good. But with a little reminder that we’re in this together and that we can choose to spread love, those hard times just get a little easier.
So that’s what we’re here to do. We’re here to help you start every morning with the most delicious coffee, less worry and All the Love.
