Full Throttle Blend is a combination of Brazil and Guatemala coffees, roasted hot and dark for all the dark roast lovers out there! When a coffee is roasted darker, it doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s more or less caffeine.. it just means that we let it develop longer and at a slightly higher temperature in our air roaster.
So what does that do to the flavor? Bold. Roasty. With a delicious, lingering bitterness.
What we love about this coffee?
We love that this dark roast has the bold notes of nut and roast, but still allows flavors of fruit and chocolate to shine through!
